At midday, we began our 12 hour bus journey from Hurghada. We arrived at Mt Sinai at 2am to begin our climb. We climbed for 3.5 hours up the very rugged slopes (only by torch) to the summit to watch the sunrise. Luckily we had a few rest stops on the way. We then made our way down via 3800 steps!!!
